Premium Whole Grain Tahini

Tahini is a versatile ingredient. You should shake the bottle well before using! Here are some ways you can use it:

Hommos: Tahini, lemon juice and garlic with boiled chickpeas.

Mutabbal: Tahini, lemon juice and garlic with roasted aubergine (eggplant), garnished with fresh pomegranate.

Tajen: Tahini, lemon juice with shredded fish and fried onion.
