Equitable Gourmet™ is in a unique position to support rural community-development projects. Through our work with NGOs and Donor agencies, we aim to partner with local communities by offering a solid market channel for their food production project initiatives.
Equitable Gourmet Ltd has partnered with arcenciel, a Lebanese NGO, on its "Increasing Lebanese Agriculture Competitiveness" (ILAC) development project. ILAC is a project funded by the Ministry of Economy and Trade and USDA (the United States Department of Agriculture) that aims to develop the national and international markets for small and medium-sized producers by strengthening their capacities and supporting them at different levels so that they can better respond to market needs and demand." arcenciel, a Lebanese non-profit organisation, has undertaken the mission to participate in the sustainable development of society by supporting vulnerable groups and integrating marginalised people. arcenciel is active through more than 9 centres all over the Lebanon through seven development programs that include: agriculture, employment, environment, health, rehabilitation, social and youth.
