Equitable Gourmet’s™ products are at the heart of our business. We believe in the quality of every product that we sell, and ensure that every recipe is made from the finest natural ingredients.
We are committed to organic farming practices and are working hard to promote the sector and to have all of our suppliers certified organic.
Our products are naturally seasonal, and we will be announcing new additions throughout the year.

Tahini & Grape Molasses with Sesame
A traditional nourishing, and convivial recipe from the heart of Mount Lebanon, available with or without whole sesame seeds.

An age-old ingredient used in Lebanese dishes, our Tahini is made using the whole of the sesame grain to preserve its rich nutrients and flavours.

Our Pomegranate Molasses is a completely natural product of a quality rarely found outside of its traditional marketplaces.

Our Rose Water is a completely natural product distilled from the petals of a local variety of wild rose.

Produced from the oldest known variety of olives, our Olive Oil comes from the birth place of the olive tree.

Marigold® products from Equitable Gourmet
Marigold Pomegranate Molasses
The Marigold Pomegranate Molasses is a completely natural product of a quality which is slightly sweeter than our standard product because it is made using the pulp of the fruit. The best analogy is to that of eating an orange vs squeezing it as a juice which makes it more bitter. In addition to being used as a cooking ingredient or as a dressing with oil and vinegar/lemon juice, the added sweetness of the Marigold molasses makes it wonderful on ice cream, as a cake ingredient or on fruit salads and the like.

Marigold Pomegranate Ketchup
A wonderful and innovative new product, the Marigold Pomegranate Ketchup is a beautiful addition to your cupboard. Completely natural and with no added sugar, this ketchup is in a realm of its own adding unique flavours to your favourite meats, sandwiches and other dishes, that tops any other sauce you might have tried.

Totally Wild® Aloe products from Equitable Gourmet
Aloe and Orange Marmalade
What better way to start the day than with toast and marmalade, especially when it's good for you. Aloe, oranges and a little lemon combine to produce a slightly tart marmalade, which contains the fibre and minerals of the aloe, together with Vitamins A, C, and E, calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron from the oranges.

Aloe Pickle
This recipe, adapted from the original developed in Ivybridge, UK, many years ago, makes a delicious addition to hot or cold meats, or with cheese and biscuits. The added nutrients from the cauliflower, which has a particularly high Vitamin C content, and the onions which are rich in calcium, make this a pickle with a difference.

Aloe, Tomato and Chilli Relish
Tomatoes are one of nature's best sources of Vitamin C. Combined with aloe ferox – rich in calcium and iron – and tangy Jalapeno and Sorano chillies which are an excellent source of Vitamins A, B, C and E, this product is not only seriously delicious, but is good for you too. Garlic and onion, delicately blended with a wonderful mixture of spices, results in a very "more-ish" relish ideal as an accompaniment to any meat dish, cheese platter, or mixed with creme fraiche to make an appetising dip.

Aloe, Apricot and Almond Jam
The tartness of the apricots, mixed with the nutty flavour of the almonds turn this aloe product into a mouthwatering spread, perfect for desserts, sandwiches or fillings of any kind. Apricots have a particularly high Vitamin A content, while almonds are also very high in Vitamin E, calcium and magnesium, making this product a healthy alternative to off-the-shelf jams.

Aloe drink
Unpreserved aloe juice used medicinally to treat ailments of the digestive tract and recommended as a daily supplement for good health. Unlike many other aloe juices, the Aloe Ferox plants used to make Totally Wild Aloe Drink are not cultivated, but grow in the wild. The product is not boiled during processing, is not filtered to remove insoluble fibre and there are no preservatives added.
